Job Description Safety & Environmental Intern Job Description Supports the Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) team in promoting a safe and compliant workplace within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The intern will assist with safety programs, inspections, training activities, data analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives while gaining practical experience in occupational health and safety. Key Responsibilities Support routine safety inspections, audits, and workplace observations. Assist with incident investigations and follow-up actions. Help maintain EHS records, metrics, and compliance documentation. Participate in risk assessments and hazard identification activities. Support the delivery of safety training and awareness campaigns. Assist with emergency preparedness activities, including drills and equipment checks. Analyze safety data and prepare reports, presentations, and communications. Contribute to continuous improvement projects related to workplace safety and environmental performance. Education Completing a qualification in related discipline, environmental science, engineering, science or similar. No experience required. Development Opportunities Gain hands-on experience in pharmaceutical EHS operations. Work as part of a team Develop knowledge of environmental, health and safety programs, risk management, and continuous improvement practices.
