The Opportunity Our location in Columbus, OH currently has an opportunity for a PMO Continuous Improvement Lead who provides strategic leadership for PMO governance, portfolio analytics, executive reporting, performance management, and continuous improvement initiatives across the Division Engineering capital portfolio. The role owns development and evolution of portfolio reporting frameworks, KPI governance, business intelligence solutions, and continuous improvement strategies that enable informed decision making and organizational performance. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Lead development, implementation, and continuous improvement of PMO standards, governance processes, and performance management frameworks. Establish best practices in portfolio analytics, data management, visualization, and executive reporting. Partner with Directors, Vice Presidents, site leadership, and project teams to support portfolio decision making and prioritization. Drive modernization and automation of PMO reporting capabilities, dashboards, and portfolio management tools. Own strategic direction of PMO metrics, KPI governance, and executive decision support systems. Lead cross functional initiatives that improve project execution, reporting effectiveness, and organizational efficiency. Provide leadership and mentoring regarding PMO standards, processes, tools, and continuous improvement practices. Lead the regional engineering Manufacturing Operating System (MOS) by establishing governance and standardized ways of working. Own development and governance of PMO KPIs, portfolio metrics, executive reporting frameworks, and performance management systems. Lead design, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of reporting solutions, dashboards, and business intelligence tools. Establish reporting standards and governance processes that provide consistent portfolio visibility across all sites and capital programs. Provide executive level analysis and recommendations to support capital investment decisions and portfolio optimization efforts. Collaborate with project managers, site leaders, engineering leadership, finance, and functional stakeholders to ensure alignment. Identify opportunities to automate processes, improve data integrity, reduce manual effort, and increase visibility of portfolio performance. Monitor portfolio health, identify risks and trends, and recommend corrective actions and strategic improvements. Develop training materials, documentation, and communications supporting PMO standards and best practices. Exercise independent judgment in solving complex business challenges and driving organizational improvements. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, Analytics, Operations, Finance, or related field. 8+ years of experience in project management, PMO leadership, business analytics, portfolio management, or continuous improvement. Demonstrated experience leading cross functional initiatives with significant organizational impact. Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, change management, and problem solving skills. Experience developing executive reporting, dashboards, business intelligence solutions, and performance metrics. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 10+ years of relevant experience. Advanced experience with Power BI, Power Platform, SharePoint, SAP, Planview, or related systems. Experience designing governance frameworks, KPI architectures, and reporting strategies. Experience leading reporting modernization, business transformation, or enterprise process improvement initiatives. CERTIFICATIONS: PMP preferred. Operational Excellence (OpEx) experience in lean manufacturing preferred. Responsibilities associated with this role may require up to 10% travel.
