As a Business Process Architect, you will play a key role in the Nexus Digital Core Transformation program, helping shape and optimize Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes as part of Lonza's SAP S/4HANA transformation journey. You'll collaborate with business leaders, process experts, and technology teams to design future-state solutions that improve efficiency, data quality, and business decision-making. What you will get Opportunity to influence Lonza's global SAP S/4HANA transformation program Exposure to cross-functional business and technology teams across the organization A collaborative and innovative working environment Opportunities to drive process harmonization and operational excellence Compensation programs that recognize high performance Medical, dental, and vision insurance Opportunities for professional growth and career development What you will do Partner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and translate business requirements into scalable process solutions Analyze and redesign Procurement, Supply Chain, Invoicing, and Payment processes to support future-state operations Lead process mapping and process design activities within the SAP S/4HANA environment Collaborate with stream teams, systems integrators, and stakeholders to validate requirements and proposed solutions Support testing, data migration, training, and change management activities throughout the project lifecycle Create and maintain process documentation, standards, and training materials Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize processes, data quality, and system utilization What we are looking for Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field required Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field preferred Experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Invoicing, Payment processes, and related master data management Strong understanding of business process design, optimization, and transformation initiatives Experience working with SAP solutions, preferably SAP S/4HANA and Procurement-related modules Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to lead process improvement initiatives across cross-functional teams and drive organizational change About Lonza At Lonza, our people are our greatest strength.
