The Position Patient Journey Partner Leader (PJP Leader) Location: Poland (Hybrid model: Home Office + regular field travel across Poland) Employment Type: Full-time / Employment Contract Looking for a managerial role that goes far beyond "counting down to the end of the quarter"? In our organization, we move away from traditional, rigid sales management. Instead, we embrace Agile leadership, true partnership, and a meaningful impact on patients' lives. As a Patient Journey Partner Leader (PJP Leader) , you will lead a team of Patient Journey Partners (PJPs). Your primary mission will not be limited to tracking target completion - you will develop people, eliminate barriers in the healthcare system, and ensure patients receive the best possible care as quickly as possible. The Opportunity: In this role, you will combine strategic leadership with hands-on support for your team in the field: 1. As a Leader for the PJP Team: You will foster a culture of trust, psychological safety, and great energy within the team. You will support the personal growth of your people - providing regular coaching and mentoring, helping team members build individual development plans, and guiding them in smart task prioritization. You will evaluate their contributions and ensure that the PJPs' work is recognized and valued across the organization. 2. Executing Strategy in the Field: You will translate national plans into effective regional actions in close collaboration with Squads and the Cluster Leader (CECL). You will remove barriers along the patient journey - helping the team identify bottlenecks in the healthcare system and deploy innovative solutions. You will join PJPs during key interactions (such as double calls and conferences), supporting them in building strong relationships with key stakeholders ( Account Planning ). You will ensure full compliance - guaranteeing that all activities in your area strictly adhere to applicable laws, internal regulations, and our Code of Conduct. 3. Collaborating across the Network: You will break down organizational silos and empower your team to leverage resources and knowledge available across both global and local networks. You will ensure optimal resourcing for high-priority projects at all times. Who you are: You are an experienced leader with a proven track record of successfully managing distributed, geographically dispersed teams. You have solid experience in pharma or biotech - having spent several years in commercial, medical, or market access roles (Commercial, Medical, Access) with a deep understanding of direct healthcare customer engagement. You actively drive international projects beyond the local market, easily building strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and proactively suggesting impactful solutions. You combine strong analytical capability with strategic vision - translating complex data into actionable insights and high-impact decisions that drive long-term business growth. You demonstrate a VACC leadership mindset - you possess natural empathy, active listening skills, and genuine passion for developing others (coaching experience, e.g., Co-Active Coaching , is a strong plus!). You understand Agile ways of working - you know how network structures and squads operate (Product Owner, Scrum Master, or Trainer certifications are welcome). You combine business acumen with initiative - you can deliver targets while flexibly adapting to market changes. You communicate fluently in English - using it daily in business discussions, backed by practical experience in international or cross-functional teams. You enjoy field-based work - you hold a valid category B driver's license and are ready. What you get: Competitive salary based on the employment contract (Umowa o pracę). Annual bonus payment based on your performance. Company Car. Dedicated training budget (training, certifications, conferences, diversified career paths etc.). Recharge Fridays (2 Fridays off per quarter available). Take time Program (up to 3 months of leave to use for any purpose). Vacation subsidy available. Flex Location (possibility to perform our work from different places in the world for a certain period of time). Take Time for Charity (additional paid leave of maximum 2 weeks to engage in the charity action of your choice). Private healthcare (LuxMed packages), group life insurance (UNUM) and Multisport.
