As a Manager, Project Management at ICON, you will manage programme management activities, supporting your team and stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes across our clinical programmes. What You Will Do: You will oversee project and programme management workstreams, ensuring deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations. Key responsibilities include: Oversight: Direct and provide day-to-day technical oversight to the Project Management function, ensuring adherence to best practices and project success. Leadership: Lead and mentor the project management team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Inspire and Lead with a Clear Vision Develop and communicate a clear vision for the department and the organization, inspiring team members to work towards common goals. Accountability: Accountable for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and successful completion of all regionally assigned programs and projects. Project Tracking and Reporting: Ensure alignment of projects with the company's strategy, commitments, and goals, contributing to the overall success of the organization. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project efficiency, resource allocation, and risk management. Risk Management: Proactively identify and address project-related challenges, implementing solutions to achieve project milestones and objectives. Your Profile: You will have solid project and programme management experience, with the ability to manage competing priorities and develop your team. Required qualifications and experience: Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline Proven in-depth experience working in a clinical laboratory within a CRO, Biopharmaceutical company, or related organization. Demonstrated expertise as a Project Manager, overseeing phase II & III studies. Strong leadership skills with prior experience in mentoring, supervising, or leading teams. Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both verbal and written. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making. Willingness to travel as required (approximately 35%) Employment with ICON is contingent upon having the legal right to work in the country where the role is based.
