Job Description Summary The Senior Analyst is responsible for delivering data-driven insights and analytics that support global Radioligand Therapy (RLT) Technical Operations. The role partners with manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and operational teams to transform complex business data into actionable dashboards, KPIs, and performance insights. By leveraging advanced analytics tools and business process knowledge, the Senior Analyst enables informed decision-making, identifies process improvement opportunities, and drives operational excellence across the global RLT network. Job Description Major accountabilities: Develop and maintain analytics, dashboards, and KPI reporting to support global TechOps decision-making across Radioligand Therapy (RLT) operations. Source, transform, cleanse, and analyze data from multiple business systems to generate actionable business insights. Design and deliver Power BI visualizations that improve operational transparency and performance monitoring. Support manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and operational teams through data-driven analysis and reporting. Identify process gaps, data anomalies, and improvement opportunities through analysis of operational data. Translate business requirements into meaningful metrics, reports, and analytical solutions aligned with strategic objectives. Monitor operational performance indicators such as lead times, process adherence, on-time execution, and production performance. Act as a data enabler for cross-functional teams by providing reliable, standardized, and business-ready datasets. Contribute to process mapping, continuous improvement initiatives, and system enhancement projects. Collaborate with global stakeholders across RLT manufacturing sites to support operational excellence and performance improvement. Essential requirements: Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or a related field Strong experience in data analytics with advanced SQL and Python skills. Expert-level Power BI capabilities, including dashboard development and data visualization. Experience translating business requirements into actionable insights and performance metrics. Experience working with manufacturing, supply chain, quality, or operational datasets within a regulated environment. Previous experience within the pharmaceutical industry, with exposure to Radioligand Therapy, Oncology Technical Operations, or radioactive-product manufacturing environments. Desirable requirements: Working knowledge of Snowflake and ERP systems (preferably SAP or Microsoft D365).
