The Opportunity: Key Responsibilities Office Administration & Operations: Manage day-to-day administrative activities, handle general office inquiries, and collect physical invoices/bills to scan and forward to Finance. Visitor & Reception Management: Greet guests, manage visitor registration, enforce security protocols, and issue temporary access badges and IDs. Onboarding & Orientation: Welcome new employees, conduct office tours, prepare workstations, and coordinate welcome kits, business cards, and access setup. Facilities & Vendor Management: Act as the main contact for building management and maintenance vendors, oversee cleaning and repairs, and manage meeting room bookings and catering. Inventory & Supplies: Monitor, order, and maintain stock levels for office stationery, supplies, and pantry needs. Mail & Courier Logistics: Handle all incoming/outgoing mail, package shipments, tracking, and logistics documentation. Event & Engagement Coordination: Assist in organizing internal team events, Town Halls, Family Days, and catering services. Qualifications A minimum of Diploma degree 2+ years of experience in office administration or facilities support. Strong organizational, communication, and vendor management skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams). Fluent in English & Arabic Who we are A healthier future drives us to innovate.
