Salesforce Developer ( 3 – 7 Years Experience) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with 3 – 7 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration, customization, and system integrations using middleware platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Apex, Lightning components, and integration frameworks, along with a solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions. Perform Salesforce configuration including: Custom Objects, Fields, Page Layouts Validation Rules, Workflows, Process Builder, Flow Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules Develop custom solutions using: Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Scheduled Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components Visualforce Pages Implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using middleware platforms such as: MuleSoft, Informatica, REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Web Services Develop and consume REST/SOAP APIs. Handle data migration and data quality processes. Write unit tests and ensure code coverage as per Salesforce standards. Participate in code reviews and maintain technical documentation. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues. Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements. Follow DevOps best practices including CI/CD and version control. Required Skills & Qualifications 3 – 7 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. Strong knowledge of: Apex, SOQL, SOSL Lightning Web Components (LWC) Salesforce Flows Experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Strong experience in integration using middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica). Experience with: REST & SOAP Web Services OAuth and authentication mechanisms JSON, XML Knowledge of Salesforce deployment processes (Change Sets, DevOps tools). Experience with Git-based version control systems. Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits and performance optimization. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Salesforce certifications such as: Salesforce Platform Developer I / II Salesforce Administrator Experience with CI/CD tools, Salesforce Devops .
