Main Purpose of Role: To carry out operational tasks within the warehouse department. Main responsibilities: To perform warehouse operations including the picking of product, goods inward and despatch including all supporting paperwork as per company procedures. To perform reconciliation and destruction operations including all supporting paperwork as per company procedures. To maintain/improve the appearance and cleanliness of both warehouses. To complete all duties under warehouse ownership, such being cleanliness, control of pack conditioning, generator tests, consumable orders etc. To read and record temperature monitors on receipt and communicate to relevant parties. To document any changes to controlled areas by the logbook system. To assist with the maintenance of equipment. To comply with the Company’s Health and Safety standards. From time to time, the above listed duties may be undertaken at PCI Stamullen. In such cases the person will be responsible for ensuring they are properly trained in the local procedures and that their training record is maintained and up to date. The scope of the activities undertaken at PCI Stamullen is limited to projects managed or distributed from the PCI Bridgend facility. Work Experience & Skills Required Essential IT literate in standard packages. Excellent written and communication skills. Attention to detail. Team player. Desirable Previous warehouse / pharmaceutical experience is desirable. Prior ERP system experience. Qualifications: Essential N/A Desirable Maths and English Language GCSE’S. Forklift truck licence.
