Should have knowledge in GMP, Safety, Good Engineering Practices To look after day-to-day maintenance of equipment’s and operations Co-ordination with Production Officers to solve any maintenance/utility problems. Delegation of work as per planning to attending the breakdown jobs. Documentation of work orders as prescribed. To follow / completion of user requirement as per prescribed SOP’s. Work distribution and attending delegated jobs with all required permits Ensuring the completion of the breakdown, planned jobs and cross verifying the same. Ensure Safe working conditions and clean environmental practices. Monitor and usages of PPEs, respiratory protection equipment and ensure maintenance & cleanliness. As per schedules preventive maintenance of all equipment’s must be complete in time. Act as SHE core Team members (HOD to identify the SHE Core Team Members). Report any incident/accident/ near miss/ illness to the superiors. Identify unsafe conditions and unsafe acts and report to superiors.
