The Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for multiple customer segments, providing remote sales and customer support activities that drive business growth, customer retention and long-term customer loyalty. The role combines proactive outbound customer outreach per phone and email to achieve defined sales targets and carrying out customer support responsibilities to strengthen customer relationships. The Inside Sales Specialist identifies and develops new business opportunities, qualifies leads, builds relationships with decision-makers, and collaborates closely with sales representatives and internal functions to ensure excellent customer experience and successful execution of commercial activities. Your Tasks: Sales Growth & Revenue Generation Proactively contact existing and prospective customers to generate sales opportunities and increase revenue. Promote and sell the company's products, programs, and services through telephone and digital channels. Build, maintain and strengthen relationships with key contacts, decision-makers and stakeholders. Execute outbound sales campaigns targeting hospitals, laboratories, physician offices, distributors, and other healthcare customers. Support new product launches and commercial initiatives. Meet or exceed assigned sales targets, KPIs, and activity metrics. Generate and qualify sales leads for the field sales organization. Schedule customer appointments and support territory development activities for field sales teams. Customer Support & Commercial Operations Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Manage daily customer activities, including quotations, order follow-up, delivery tracking and customer requests. Support the field sales organization through quotation preparation, customer follow-up and backlog management. Collaborate closely with Customer Service, Technical Service, Order Management, Sales and other internal departments to deliver effective customer solutions. Utilize available business tools and customer information to assess customer needs and identify commercial opportunities. CRM & Data Management Maintain accurate, complete and up-to-date customer information within CRM systems, including Salesforce (SFDC) and other relevant platforms. Ensure timely documentation of customer interactions, opportunities and account activities. Support data quality initiatives and contribute to effective customer segmentation and territory management. Utilize CRM and sales analytics tools to prioritize activities and improve account performance. Sales Execution & Continuous Improvement Participate in campaigns, business development initiatives and customer acquisition programs. Support the implementation of sales strategies and commercial initiatives. Contribute ideas and recommendations to improve sales effectiveness, customer engagement and operational efficiency. Demonstrate a proactive, results-oriented approach to achieving individual and team objectives. Compliance & Quality Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, quality standards and applicable regulatory requirements. Carry out duties in compliance with established business policies and procedures. Demonstrate commitment to the development, implementation and effectiveness of applicable Quality Processes as required by ISO, FDA and other regulatory standards. Ensure that all activities are conducted in accordance with quality system requirements.
