As a Squad Lead, you will lead the strategic execution of therapeutic areas to maximize impact, driving outstanding results and market leadership. You will actively foster a collaborative, innovative, and agile work environment that truly prioritizes the patient journey. The Opportunity: Strategy and Value Proposition: You define the vision, positioning, financial ambitions, and short- to medium-term outcomes (STOs and MTOs) for the therapeutic area, guaranteeing local alignment with the corporate strategy ("North Star"). P&L and Resource Management (Enterprise Mindset): You effectively prioritize the team's outcomes, ensuring the correct allocation of resources (including budget and Opex), and assume full responsibility for the profitability (P&L) of the assigned portfolio. Cross-functional Leadership and Execution: You inspire and mobilize multidisciplinary teams to achieve ambitious results with agility and commercial excellence, ensuring that each member clearly understands their role and contribution. Building High-Performance in-Field and Marketing Teams: You actively foster a collaborative, innovative, and safe work environment, leading under the commitment to Diversity, Inclusion, Belonging, and Equity (DIBE). Ecosystem Development and Co-creation: You build and maintain high-value partnerships with key stakeholders (clinical and non-clinical influencers, public sector), transforming the network into a co-creation ecosystem to generate solutions that comprehensively benefit the patient. Portfolio Lifecycle Management: You lead the comprehensive development of therapeutic area solutions, orchestrating the relevant strategies for launch, maintenance, or innovation throughout all phases of the brand journey. Network Synergies and Strategic Communication: You timely exchange learnings, knowledge, and best practices with other squads, countries (LATAM/Global network), and cross-functional teams to create robust corporate synergies. Compliance, Ethics, and SHE (Safety, Health and Environment): You guarantee unrestricted compliance with the Code of Conduct, Compliance policies, corporate ethical behavior, and the company's Quality, Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment regulations. Who you are: You hold a University degree in Health Sciences, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. (Cédula Profesional required) You have 4+ years of proven experience leading multidisciplinary commercial teams. You demonstrate fluency in the local language and an Advanced level of English to ensure seamless global collaboration. You possess a deep understanding of the patient journey and apply analytical problem-solving to address complex strategic situations and identify root causes. You embrace an agile, growth-oriented mindset, utilizing data-driven decision-making, digital tools, and adapting quickly to change. Preferred: You have specialized experience in high-specialty marketing, product launches, Rare Diseases, or Oncology. You hold an MBA or a specialized postgraduate degree in commercial excellence or public health. You have previous experience directly managing a P&L.
