This role manages the daily fulfillment queue, prepares and ships approved response materials, maintains fulfillment documentation within Medical Information Management System, and supports inventory management activities. The Fulfillment Coordinator ensures all requests are processed in accordance with established service-level agreements, regulatory requirements, and company quality standards. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Our employees are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams.  These results are achieved by: Print, pack, and prepare shipments in accordance with established procedures. Ensure timely fulfillment of inquiries in accordance with service-level agreements. Coordinate with shipping carriers to ensure timely delivery of orders. Monitor order status and proactively resolve fulfillment issues or delays. Maintain accurate records of inquiries and fulfillment activities within the Medical Information database. Perform quality checks to ensure responses are complete and accurate. Coordinate with Medical Information Specialists and other cross-functional stakeholders to support fulfillment activities and request follow-up when necessary. Generate and maintain operational reports and fulfillment metrics. Identify process improvement opportunities that enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. Adhere to all applicable regulatory, pharmacovigilance, privacy, and compliance requirements. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Support special projects and other operational tasks as assigned. Monitor and manage the daily Physical Fulfillment queue in Medical Information Management System. Update case statuses and maintain accurate fulfillment documentation, including shipment dates and tracking information. Perform periodic inventory counts and coordinate replenishment of approved materials and shipping supplies. Monitor fulfillment metrics and provide updates on backlog, turnaround times, and service-level performance. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Associate degree or equivalent.
