Job description
Work Flexibility: Hybrid Supports day-to-day training operations, global learning management system (LMS) administration, and content maintenance — providing effective execution and delivery of training sessions, onboarding activities, and system transactions in alignment with established standards and procedures. What will you do: Training Operations Learn and apply training systems and tools to support daily operations. Assist in facilitating basic training sessions and daily tier meetings. Support logistics for training events, onboarding sessions, and learner orientation activities. Coordinate regional training events and assist with external vendor activities. Content and Systems Management Maintain training lists and update content in UL or the LMS. Execute standard LMS transactions (e.g., account creation, course assignment, calendar updates). Process ServiceNow tickets and routine system requests promptly. Follow defined processes and execute assigned training tasks and change controls accurately. Continuous Improvement Participate in Kaizen and process improvement activities under supervision. Support analysis of root causes and contribute to small-scale process enhancements. Contribute to the development of a strategic training roadmap by sharing practical insights. What you need: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent experience). 1–2 years of experience in training coordination, LMS administration, or related operational support. Familiarity with learning systems (UL, ServiceNow, or similar platforms) preferred. Performance Indicators Accuracy and timeliness of LMS transactions and ServiceNow tickets. Quality and consistency of training logistics support. Participation and contribution to process improvement initiatives. Demonstrated collaboration and communication within the immediate team. Travel Percentage: 10%
