The Position As an IT Onsite Enablement Partner ,you will possess advanced technical expertise to independently resolve complex IT issues and deliver exceptional, personalized digital support across Pharma and Diagnostics divisions. You will actively collaborate with other IT teams and local Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to ensure seamless communication and execution of IT deployments. In this role, you will act as a digital adoption driver, leveraging telemetry data to implement proactive support, optimize workflows, manage local business continuity, and ensure site-level operations align with global standards to maximize employee productivity in a hybrid setup. Your Impact Scope / (Content Leadership): Actively collaborates with other IT teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and timely resolution of IT incidents and projects. Accountability/Problem Solving: Possesses advanced technical expertise to resolve complex IT issues. Leverages data (via ITSM and end-user telemetry tools) for proactive support, automates repetitive operational tasks, and ensures proactive follow-ups for continuous service enhancement. Stakeholder Management: Partners closely with internal business colleagues to ensure a personalized employee experience for Pharma & Diagnostics users. Coordinates with internal service providers for onsite services, hybrid events, and meeting room technologies, and collaborates with external providers (MSPs) to drive user experience and SLA adherence. Manages local audits, inspections, and business continuity planning. Impact/Strategy: Enhances employee productivity through efficient digital workplace solutions and proactive change initiatives. Supports the site-level budgeting process, and influences local and global deployments to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Complexity/ (Product Size): Manages diverse and complex tasks involving IT infrastructure and lifecycle management. Supports deployments emphasizing standardization while troubleshooting various operating systems (macOS, Windows), workplace hardware, and applications. Business/Technical ability: Actively participates in larger IT projects, providing vital input and support. Demonstrates good knowledge of IT platform standards and the capability to train users and drive digital adoption locally. Who you are : Experience Proven experience managing complex IT infrastructure and hardware/software lifecycle management tasks. Demonstrated track record of partnering with cross-functional business stakeholders to deliver a high-quality, personalized digital employee experience. Experience participating in local IT compliance, site certification requirements, or business continuity planning. Technical Skills Advanced technical proficiency in troubleshooting diverse operating systems (macOS, Windows), devices, and enterprise applications. Capability to leverage operational data (e.g., ServiceNow, Nexthink) to implement proactive support strategies and improve service delivery. Strong understanding of enterprise IT standards with a track record of driving local platform adoption. Additional Qualifications Excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical language. Fluency in Finnish and English for executing daily business communication and documentation. Experience in vendor relations, site-level financial tracking, and SLA management.
