Division/Site Specific Information Role reports to the Breinigsville, PA site and reports to the Clinical Trials Division (CTD). CTD partners with pharmaceutical and biotech customers around the world to ensure the right patients get the right therapies in the right doses at the right time – a concept that we internally embrace as “There is a Patient Waiting.” Our outstanding blend of services includes project management, packaging, distribution, transportation management and specialty logistics, ancillary supply management, clinical supply optimization, bio-repository storage and much more. As a Logistics Specialist II, you'll help ensure seamless coordination of supply chain operations while delivering exceptional service to internal and external customers. A Day in the Life: Working with cross-functional teams, you'll manage critical logistics processes including shipment coordination, customs compliance, inventory management, and vendor relationships. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be essential in optimizing logistics efficiency while maintaining quality and regulatory standards. Keys to Success: Education/Education High school diploma, or equivalent required with at least 3 years of logistics experience. Advanced degree with no prior experience, OR Bachelor's degree with 2 years of logistics experience in a multi-regional environment highly preferred. Preferred Fields of Study: Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field. Experience with temperature-controlled and regulated shipments preferred. Experience with logistics KPIs and metrics tracking. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Relevant industry certifications (e.g., IATA, Customs Broker) preferred Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel Strong knowledge of international trade compliance, customs regulations, and shipping documentation Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities in English; additional languages a plus Knowledge of GMP, GDP, and other relevant quality standards Demonstrated experience in process improvement and cost optimization Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in documentation Ability to work flexible hours to support operations Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed Benefits We offer competitive remuneration, annual incentive plan bonus scheme, healthcare, and a range of employee benefits!
