You will be involved in: Supporting Digital Fluency initiatives to drive adoption of AI-powered tools across Medical teams Assisting in the rollout and implementation of digital and AI solutions (e.g., AI Agents , analytics platforms , other AI tools, etc. ) Creating engaging newsletters and internal communications to promote digital tools and success stories Conducting data analysis and generating insights on tool usage, adoption and impact Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges and propose digital solutions Supporting the development of training materials and enablement content for end users Gathering and synthesising user feedback to improve tools and user experience Contributing to innovation ideation sessions to solve real business problems Supporting project tracking and reporting for digital initiatives What will you learn?
