ABOUT THE ROLE Consumer Experience & Innovation is a core marketing role designed to build and advance consumer marketing capability within Lilly Brazil . The Manager works with internal partners — brand teams , global teams , and subject matter experts — as well as external partners including creative agencies, media agencies, and tech & health start-ups , acting as the owner and leader of projects to develop and execute industry-leading , holistic consumer marketing strategies grounded in deep customer insight. We are seeking a strategic and creative individual who brings an innate motivation to be on the leading edge — to shape the future and create experiences that make the unimaginable possible for our customers . In this role, you will develop and execute consumer-centric strategies to drive brand awareness , engagement , and loyalty among patients and healthcare consumers , playing a pivotal role in shaping how Lilly connects with end-users across the region. WHAT YOU'LL DO Develop and implement content-driven campaigns aimed at educating patients and encouraging them to seek medical treatment .
