Job Description The Executive Assistant, Senior Support provides high-level administrative support to senior executives based in Europe and the United States. This role plays an important part in enabling leaders to operate effectively by coordinating priorities, managing communications, and supporting key business activities. Working within a global environment, the position helps maintain efficient workflows, facilitates collaboration across stakeholders, and ensures that critical information and processes are managed with accuracy and professionalism. Through strong organization, communication, and operational support, this role contributes to the smooth functioning of executive leadership activities and supports the organization's mission of delivering Better Health and a Brighter Future. How You Will Contribute Manage complex executive schedules and coordinate travel arrangements to support business priorities. Handle high volumes of email and prioritize requests effectively to ensure timely responses and actions. Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and communications with a high level of accuracy and clarity. Maintain filing systems and retrieve critical information efficiently to support business operations. Analyze data and develop reports that help inform decision-making. Coordinate communications with internal and external stakeholders in a professional and effective manner. Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines. Provide support and coverage for other Executive Assistants as needed to ensure continuity of service. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a global environment . Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint . Strong written and verbal English communication skills . Demonstrated ability to manage complex schedules and coordinate travel arrangements . Experience handling high volumes of email, prioritizing work, and managing correspondence effectively . Experience preparing professional presentations and business documents . Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines .
