We are looking for a dynamic and analytical professional to join our team and play a key role in shaping sales incentive strategies and territory design for Western Europe. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with business leaders, collaborate across multiple countries, and drive impactful processes that motivate and reward our sales teams. What You’ll Do ? Design and Optimize Territories: Partner with Business Units to build effective territory structures that support growth and performance. Develop Incentive Strategies: Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define and implement sales incentive plans that align with business goals. Lead Quarterly Incentive Calculations: Own the operational process for calculating and validating sales incentives across Western Europe. Perform Incentive Reporting: Deliver accurate and timely incentive reports based on Business Unit needs to support decision-making. Collaborate with Finance: Support the accrual process and ensure accurate financial alignment for incentive payouts. Work with Local Works Councils: Engage with Works Councils in Germany and France to ensure compliance and alignment. Support Annual Planning: Partner with FP&A teams on Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and secure sign-off from leadership. Drive Process Innovation: Find opportunities to automate, centralize, and standardize incentive processes for greater efficiency. Leverage Data & Technology: Work with sophisticated datasets and SQL-based tools to enable digital transformation and optimization. QUALIFICATIONS University degree or equivalent experience, Bachelor or Master of any related field Strong analytical skills Well-developed presentation and communication skills Excellent analytical Skills combined with excellent technical skills in SQL and Tableau / MS Office Applications (VBA, Excel, Powerpivot, Powerpoint) Experience in Incentive and Terrority Design are a plus Fluent English and Polish command / other languages are a plus PROFICIENCIES : To perform this role successfully, an individual must demonstrate the following knowledge, skills, and abilities: Results Orientation: Demonstrates ownership and accountability for achieving results. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The minimum salary for this position is 136 000,00 PLN annually. Your initial pay could be at the minimum or higher based on skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors, all of which are subject to change. This position may also be eligible for competitive benefits, discretionary bonuses, and/or long-term incentive.
