A Day in the Life As a Senior Pricing Strategy Analyst at Medtronic, you will play a critical role in developing and executing pricing strategies that support our innovative medical products and put patients first. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to analyse our Enterprise accounts performance, market trends, review competitive pricing and recommend strategies that ensure compliance and maximize economic value offering of EA customers across all market segments. You will lead key pricing initiatives alongside your business partners, while leveraging expertise to directly influence contract negotiations or renewals, mutli-line potential or EA-HIS initiatives and operational efficiency. This position is primarily onsite and work closely with our EA Finance partner, fostering a dynamic environment of professional growth, teamwork, and continuous improvement. For this role you need to be located in Prague area (hybrid role with regular presence in our PRG office). Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Build executive-ready analytics that explain commercial performance drivers across price, volume, mix, margin, and growth Able to provide insights with action plans to influence commercial decisions Drive initiatives with EA-IHS team, levering work of broader Pricing & Contracting organization Support pricing governance through standardized definitions, validated insights, and fact-based recommendations Strengthen strategic deal review with scenario analysis, contract visibility, margin context, and escalation-ready decision packs Identify enterprise contracting opportunities through tender renewals, contract repository signals, multi-line potential, and account-level opportunity views Partnering with country pricing, finance, operating units, and marketing teams to validate insights and drive adoption Develops price recommendations to ensure compliance with policy Provides input on final pricing contracts. Required knowledge and experience: Degree in Finance, Economics or Business field Minimum 5 years of work experience in Business, Finance or Accounting background (6 to 8 years preferred), pricing experience a strong advantage Experience from large, multinational organizations (preferred) Key capabilities include insights interpretation and influence, going beyond analytical skills alone Partnering on strategy development Able to perform work independently, proactive approach with solutions.
