The Role As a Territory Manager, you will take full ownership of your territory, managing and growing our Emergency Care portfolio across metro Melbourne and Tasmania. This role focuses on delivering industry-leading defibrillation and patient monitoring technologies used in emergency departments, intensive care units, cardiac catheter labs, and acute care environments. You'll partner closely with emergency clinicians, cardiac teams, nurses, biomedical engineers, and hospital stakeholders to deliver solutions that support high-performance resuscitation, improve clinical outcomes, and drive standardisation within hospitals. You'll be part of a high-performing, collaborative team that's passionate about innovation and making a difference in critical moments of care. This role is primarily focused on Melbourne, with occasional travel to Tasmania to support key customers and growth opportunities across the territory. Learn more about our Emergency Care portfolio: Hospitals and clinics | Stryker Key Responsibilities Drive sales growth and market share by achieving territory targets and business objectives Build strong, trusted relationships with clinicians and key decision-makers across hospital emergency and critical care departments Provide product demonstrations, clinical education, and in-hospital support for defibrillation and patient monitoring technologies Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional service, training, and support for your accounts Identify new business opportunities and strategically partner with other Stryker divisions Solve complex challenges with creativity, agility, and commercial acumen What we're looking for Requirements 3+ years of relevant clinical, medical device, or B2B sales experience, with a demonstrated track record of winning new business and achieving ambitious sales targets A proactive, growth-oriented mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, challenge the status quo, and successfully convert competitive accounts Strong customer-centric mindset and the clinical credibility to engage confidently with emergency, cardiac, and critical care teams Proven commercial acumen to strategically grow your territory and influence purchasing decisions within hospitals Skilled in analysing data or trends for the purposes of planning, forecasting, and identifying sales opportunities Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills to effectively build relationships across multiple hospital stakeholders Preferred Hands-on exposure to emergency care, critical care, cardiology, or acute care environments Comprehensive understanding of public and private hospital procurement, tender, and contracting processes What We Offer A winning team culture that celebrates success and supports your growth Market-leading technologies that help clinicians perform at their best when it matters most Career development opportunities tailored to your strengths and ambitions A competitive remuneration package that rewards performance Great company perks including paid parental leave, wellbeing and volunteer days, and more If you're ready to take the next step in your career and make a real impact in hospital-based emergency care, apply today!
