Please enter specific details in the Additional Specifications Details field Job Description Key Accountabilities • Support data-driven field/commercial execution processes • Perform Analytics (trend identification, variance analysis) • Build & perform automated data validation and quality checks on input datasets • Assist in preparation of dashboards/reports for our HQ stakeholders and our field forces across countries (IC, call planning, targeting, performance metrics) • Support process documentation (SOPs, trackers, workflows) • Create and deliver below requirements in alignment with agreed SoWs (timeliness, accuracy, quality, etc..) and demonstrate excellent customer centricity • Field Performance excellence deliverables (field target setting, field Incentive design & modelling, Incentive operations and reporting) • Field Excellence Reporting and insights • Ensures exemplary communication with all stakeholders including internal associates, business colleagues, and externals through regular updates with focus on accomplishments, KPIs, best practices, staffing changes and key events • Comply with all internal functional operating procedures like time tracking, KPI tracking and reporting, and other internal systems and processes • Comply to all Novartis operating procedures as per legal / IT / HR requirements Education Graduate / Postgraduate in Technology, Pharma, Business Management, Science Skills Requirement • Data ETL platforms (PowerBI, Alteryx, SQL, Snowflake, Dataiku etc.) • Workflow management and automation tools (viz Sharepoint, MS PowerApps, etc.) • Reporting and visualization platforms (viz PowerBI, PowerPoint) • Analytical platforms and methods (viz Excel, Python, Data Science, Machine Learning) • Background in digital technologies and AI • Good presentation, Interpersonal and communication skills • Good understanding of Pharma ecosystem (desirable) Skills Desired Communication, Creative Strategies, Digital Marketing, Marketing Communications (MarCom), Marketing Planning, Market Research, Microsoft Access, Online Advertising, Press Releases, Prioritization, Sales, Trade Show
