This role will be accountable for the customer experience coordinating appropriate resources and personnel to meet the needs of the customer, including&#xa0;but not limited to&#xa0;diagnostic and pathology requirements in support of the approved FDA companion diagnostic. This role will provide&#xa0;exceptional&#xa0;in-field&#xa0;team&#xa0;coordination, perform with strategic agility, and display the importance of cross-collaboration with all functions of the company.&#xa0; The Associate Director,&#xa0;Strategic&#xa0;Account Management will be responsible for building the account strategy and coordinating the execution of tactics consistent with corporate objectives and customer needs&#xa0;including but not limited to entity-to-entity&#xa0;relationship management, optimizing&#xa0;consistent care delivery within workflows at scale, and&#xa0;facilitating&#xa0;cross-functional engagement.&#xa0; &#xa0; Primary&#xa0;Responsibilities&#xa0; Strategic&#xa0;Account Planning&#xa0;& Pull-Through&#xa0; Develop and maintain account plans including SWOT, XF Goal & Strategic Imperatives, SAM C-SMART objectives, stakeholder mapping, barriers/opportunities, and tactics to enable and amplify impact at scale&#xa0; Assess and communicate impact by synthesizing&#xa0;actionable information to improve operational access and inform both XF account strategy and SAM evolution&#xa0; Cross-functional Collaboration & Coordination&#xa0; Lead coordination across Commercial, Market Access, and others to ensure account strategy alignment, functional objective synergy, and seamless customer engagement experience&#xa0; Drive functional clarity through&#xa0;simple, consistent communication and ways of working&#xa0; Healthcare Decision-Maker Engagement &&#xa0;Strategic Partnership Development&#xa0; Engage Healthcare Decision-Makers and C/D-Suite Leadership and other relevant stakeholders within targeted accounts to improve care consistency within operational workflows&#xa0; Establish longitudinal entity-to-entity relationships to achieve shared goals&#xa0;through comprehensive customer needs assessments that inform the AbbVie engagement approach and value proposition over time&#xa0; Maintain a high level of business acumen, account knowledge, analytical and product knowledge to leverage growth&#xa0;in solid tumor&#xa0;and development portfolio&#xa0; Demonstrates “role model” behavior, leads and shares knowledge across the broader team&#xa0; Basic Qualifications&#xa0; A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required&#xa0; At least seven years of pharmaceutical and/or medical device sales experience&#xa0; Previous Account Management experience&#xa0; Strong knowledge of Healthcare Management, landscape, and compliance&#xa0; High level of written, verbal and virtual communication skills&#xa0; Possess excellent business acumen, business insights, and strategic mindset&#xa0; A track record of excellent leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with numerous stakeholders at all levels and in all disciplines&#xa0; Experience selling at the&#xa0;C/D-suite&#xa0; Demonstrate confidence, persuasiveness, ability to motivate others, and ability to influence without formal authority&#xa0; Willing to travel up to 75% of the time. Business travel, by air or car, is regularly required Driving a personal auto or company car or truck, or a powered piece of material handling equipment. Valid driver’s license: Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening test and meet safe driving requirements.
