Work Flexibility: Hybrid At Stryker’s newly built manufacturing facility in Skawina, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliable production and delivery of innovative medical implants and instruments that improve patients’ lives worldwide. What You Will Do Plan and coordinate production activities for medical devices in collaboration with supply chain, manufacturing, and engineering teams to support on-time delivery targets. Maintain accurate production, inventory, and material planning data within the ERP system to ensure planning integrity and execution accuracy. Monitor production schedules and work closely with manufacturing teams to achieve planned output and resolve execution issues impacting delivery performance. Manage raw material, work-in-progress, and finished goods inventory levels to support uninterrupted production while maintaining optimal stock levels. Track and report open and overdue orders, develop recovery plans, and support actions that reduce order backlog. Lead production capacity planning activities in partnership with Production and Engineering functions to align resources with demand requirements. Support New Product Introduction (NPI) projects by providing production planning expertise and ensuring successful integration into manufacturing operations. Coordinate supply chain activities related to product lifecycle changes, including product phase-out planning and execution. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in production planning and supply chain management within a manufacturing environment. Experience using SAP ERP systems. Experience working with ERP systems for production planning, inventory management, and supply chain processes. Proficiency in Polish and English, both written and spoken. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the medical device, healthcare manufacturing, or other highly regulated industry. Experience supporting capacity planning, inventory planning, and new product introduction processes. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for incentive compensation (such as bonus and/or commissions where applicable), along with Stryker’s comprehensive benefits package.
