This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn various aspects of our operations under the guidance of experienced professionals. Job Responsibilities** * Assist senior staff with day-to-day tasks and projects across various departments, which may include manufacturing, quality control, research and development, or administration. * Follow established procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies. * Support data collection, documentation, and record-keeping activities. * Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills relevant to the pharmaceutical sector. * Maintain a clean and organized work environment. * Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. * Undertake other duties as assigned to support departmental objectives. Job Qualifications** * Strong interest in the pharmaceutical industry and a willingness to learn. * Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. * Basic computer proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. * A proactive and positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
