Job title : Portfolio & Strategy Manager – Central & South Europe Location: Warsaw, Poland Job type: Permanent, Full time About the job As Portfolio & Strategy Manager CSE within our General Medicines team, you'll provide strategic and operational business recommendations on portfolio and customer strategy across Central & South Europe, contributing to sustainable growth in revenues and BOI through a range of portfolio management initiatives. You'll also lead local MCO divestment projects and processes, and contribute to global projects. Ready to get started? Specificities of the job you will enjoy: High complexity: Lead complex project teams involving business, industrial, and support functions, with a large portfolio in scope. Innovativeness: Bring disruptive go-to-market ideas that improve and innovate customer engagement, go-to-market approaches, and portfolio scope. Market dynamics: Navigate EP legacy portfolio product patrimony and defense, in a mature-stage life cycle. Important internal and external relations: Engage with third-party pharma companies, distribution and promotion partners, industrial and support functions, and global M&A/BD teams to maximize global portfolio value. Main responsibilities: Maximize revenues and BOI sustainably through initiatives such as price increases, pruning of presentations, and promotional agreements with third parties. Search and analyze new business opportunities, both internal and external, and prepare and defend Business Cases at Corporate level. Manage opportunities end-to-end to ensure timely implementation (e.g., new product launches, divestments, pricing strategy roll-out, alliances). Implement global strategies and proactively propose local initiatives to extend protection and/or limit sales erosion of products without patent and/or data exclusivity. Perform accurate analysis and high-quality research, implement portfolio segmentation, and provide actionable recommendations. Conduct and sustain competitive analysis to understand the market environment and capitalize on competitor situations. Reinforce internal and external networks to maximize business opportunities. Lead local divestments and participate in global divestment projects. About you Experience: Relevant experience in pharma and/or FMCG industries, including portfolio management, strategy, and brand/portfolio P&L; knowledge of pricing; experience in digital transformation. Soft and technical skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills; strategic thinking. Education: University degree (MBA/Master's is a plus). Languages: Fluent verbal and written English. Additional requirement: Openness to travel – this position requires traveling typically 20–25% of the time. Why choose us?
