 Job Description Job Summary Reporting to the Associate Director, Sales Operations, this hybrid role serves as the primary owner and facilitator of the U.S. Sales New Hire Orientation (NHO) program while supporting key Sales Operations functions, including Vendor Credentialing and Fleet Programs. The position plays a critical role in advancing BD's "speed to ready" objective by delivering consistent, compliant, and engaging onboarding experiences that accelerate new hire readiness and productivity. This role is accountable for the successful delivery, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the NHO program, including curriculum management, facilitation, stakeholder coordination, and learner support. In addition, the position executes and supports defined Sales Operations processes, ensuring timely service delivery, compliance, operational efficiency, and a positive associate experience across onboarding and field support programs. Hybrid / Remote with occasional in-office requirements NHO class to be delivered remotely in home office, and associate expected to be onsite off week when not conducting training, to support Sales Operations activities. Key Responsibilities: Sales New Hire Orientation (NHO) Program Leadership Serve as the primary owner and facilitator of the U.S. Sales New Hire Orientation (NHO) program, ensuring consistent delivery, quality, and continuous improvement across recurring onboarding cohorts. Lead engaging virtual onboarding sessions that accelerate new-hire readiness, reinforce key onboarding requirements, and support speed to productivity. Develop, maintain, and enhance NHO curriculum, presentations, job aids, videos, assessments, and facilitator resources to ensure relevance, accuracy, and business alignment. Coordinate program schedules, agendas, and stakeholder participation while partnering with subject matter experts to deliver a high-quality onboarding experience. Assess learner understanding, onboarding effectiveness, and participant feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and strengthen program outcomes. Serve as a trusted resource for new hires and managers by responding to onboarding questions and helping resolve readiness gaps. Stay current on adult learning practices, virtual facilitation techniques, and onboarding trends to continuously improve the learner’s experience. Onboarding Readiness & Cross-Functional Coordination Partner with Sales Operations, HR, IT, Compliance, and other functions to support pre-boarding readiness and ensure Day One requirements are completed successfully. Monitor onboarding milestones, identify risks or delay, and coordinate resolution of system access, credentialing, training, and compliance issues. Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance onboarding efficiency, associate experience, and operational effectiveness. Vendor Credentialing Administration Administer day-to-day vendor credentialing activities, ensuring timely field access and compliance with customer, agency, and regulatory requirements. Manage new requests, renewals, document updates, account maintenance, deactivations, and issue resolution activities. Coordinate with credentialing agencies, healthcare customers, and internal stakeholders to resolve access barriers and support field readiness. Maintain credentialing documentation, SOPs, training materials, reporting tools, and knowledge resources to support program effectiveness. Monitor credentialing trends and identify opportunities to improve service, efficiency, compliance, and associate experience. Fleet Program Administration Administer North America fleet, reimbursement, and non-fleet program activities in accordance with established policies and governance requirements. Serve as a primary contact for associates, leaders, vendors, and business partners to resolve routine program questions, issues, and escalations. Coordinate fleet activities including onboarding, offboarding, vehicle ordering, maintenance support, replacement cycles, inventory management, and vehicle disposition. Maintain fleet reporting and data related to utilization, billing, maintenance, incidents, violations, and program performance. Support process harmonization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and associate satisfaction. Review policy exception requests, prepare recommendations, and provide operational support across Sales Operations programs as needed. Operational Excellence & Customer Service Deliver a high level of customer service while supporting associates, managers, and business partners across onboarding and Sales Operations programs. Maintain accurate documentation, operating procedures, and program records to support compliance and operational consistency. Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve service delivery, and enhance the overall associate experience. Contribute to a culture of collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience. 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Learning & Development, Training, Customer Support Operations, or related business functions. Experience facilitating virtual training sessions and delivering content to diverse audiences. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and execute operational processes with accuracy and attention to detail. Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and customer service skills. Preferred Experience developing and facilitating onboarding, training, or learning programs. Knowledge of adult learning principles and effective virtual facilitation techniques. Experience supporting sales, commercial, healthcare, or customer-facing organizations. Experience with learning management systems, onboarding programs, credentialing processes, or operational support functions. Experience in creating training materials, job aids, guides, videos, or other learning resources. Experience working within a matrixed environment and partnering across HR, IT, Sales, and Operations functions.
