A Day in the Life Are you an experienced engineering leader passionate about driving operational excellence and developing high-performing teams? We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead our engineering organization at our Juárez manufacturing site. In this role, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for manufacturing engineering, continuous improvement, new product introductions, and process optimization initiatives. You will lead a bilingual (English/Spanish) engineering team, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and drive initiatives that improve quality, productivity, and business performance. Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing engineering team. Drive continuous improvement, automation, and operational excellence initiatives. Support manufacturing operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives. Lead engineering activities related to new product introductions, process validation, and technology transfers. Partner with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and global teams to deliver business results. Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements while fostering a culture of innovation and accountability. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. 7+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment. 3+ years of leadership experience managing engineering teams. Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
