Support Lead (Oracle PL/SQL and .Net)

Support Lead (G140): please search for Application Support Engineer, Production Support Analyst, Technical Support Analyst etc. Provide Level 2 and Level 3 production support for business-critical applications. Monitor application availability, performance, responsiveness, and overall health. Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application incidents, defects, and service disruptions. Analyze application logs, system logs, and monitoring alerts to identify and resolve issues proactively. Support application deployments, releases, patches, upgrades, and hotfix implementations. Collaborate with development teams to resolve software defects and performance issues. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive and corrective actions. Support business users by providing timely technical assistance and issue resolution. Maintain knowledge articles, support documentation, operational procedures, and runbooks. Participate in on-call support and major incident management activities as required Technical Skills: Support applications developed using: ASP.NET / .NET Core, C#, Angular, React, JavaScript / TypeScript, REST APIs, etc. Troubleshoot application integrations with internal and external systems. Support authentication, authorization, and security-related configurations.
