As Marketing Insights Graduate, you will join a collaborative team that translates data into actionable insights regarding market opportunities and customer experiences, directly informing decision-making for our UK & Ireland diagnostics business. This graduate programme offers hands-on experience in using data, statistics, and quantitative analysis to shape our customer experience strategy, marketing campaigns, and commercial initiatives. You will be involved in the following activities and focus areas: Understanding Our Market Opportunity Analyze external data sources (economic, industry, government, healthcare, and NHS activity) to uncover market trends and emerging opportunities. Assist with market sizing and share analysis, SWOT assessments, and the annual business planning process. Understanding Our Customers Gather and embed the voice of the customer into our business using targeted surveys and research to foster customer-centric decision-making. Support delivery of a systematic approach to Customer Experience (CX) measurement and follow-up with our customers on their feedback. Understanding the Competitive Landscape Support the tracking of competitor developments in the UK and Ireland in a compliant manner to help guide competitive strategy and preserve our best-in-class offerings. You will prepare and share insights across cross-functional teams, governance forums, and senior leadership. Expect to collaborate with global teams on common challenges. Program start date: Aug/Sep 2027 Who You Are As an ideal candidate you are: Recent graduate (BSc or Master's) in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Computer Science, or a related field. Adaptable, passionate and naturally curious. Interested in healthcare, data-driven organizations, marketing and commercial strategy. A team player who listens actively and communicates ideas courageously. Collaborative and proactive, with a willingness to take ownership of tasks. Excellent at communicating. Tech savvy - proficient in data manipulation and analysis and familiar with relevant tools. Self-organised where opportunity for flexible remote working exists. We believe in trust and individual accountability for getting things done. Eager to explore growth opportunities across our global network.
