We value authenticity because diverse backgrounds, cultures, styles and abilities can only help us find the answers that people with rare tumors are looking for.Your Role: The Associate Director, Payer & Access Marketing- US Rare Tumors (OGSIVEO) will help shape and execute the OGSIVEO® value proposition across US market access channels. This role will lead the development of customer-facing value narratives, access-focused strategy, and tactical execution for key market access audiences, including payers, population-based decision-makers, pharmacists, GPOs, and external thought leaders. The role requires strong cross-functional leadership across Commercial, including marketing, sales, market research, market access, and patient services, as well as close partnership with finance, medical, legal, and regulatory. Location Classification – Hybrid: ​ This role will be required to work onsite 3 days a week or more as business needs require #LI-Hybrid Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Drive execution of the market access strategy for OGSIVEO, ensuring alignment between strategic priorities and field-facing tactics Lead the development and evolution of the OGSIVEO value proposition and associated resources for payers, population-based decision makers, and channel customers Head the strategy and execution of non-personal promotion initiatives for market access audiences, including cross-functional alignment, content development, channel optimization, and performance tracking Help shape and drive pull-through of GPO strategy by aligning cross-functional partners around customer-facing tactics, field support needs, and execution priorities Oversee cross-functional execution, including project management, issue identification and resolution, progression through internal review processes such as MLR, stakeholder training, and development of measurement frameworks to assess effectiveness Conduct market research and access customer tactic creation in partnership with Brand team to communicate strategic imperatives and optimize value of SpringWorks products Collaborate with Account Director Team and matrix partners to manage and execute payer and channel specific value propositions, strategies, and tactical plans to achieve business objectives and goals Partners closely with Sales and Sales Advisory teams to translate value and access strategy into aligned, customer-facing execution and equip field teams with coordinated value messaging in a more competitive market Monitor the evolving US market access environment, including payer trends, analytics, health policy developments, and customer or trade association activity, and translate implications into actionable recommendations Other Duties & Responsibilities: Support the pull-through of a value-focused pricing strategy while balancing financial impact with patient and customer experience Collaborate cross-functionally to build strong partnerships and ensure timely capture of external customer insights that inform value, access, and pricing planning Engage customers who influence product access and availability with a solution-oriented, innovative, and continuous-improvement mindset Interface with external organizations (vendors, payers, PBMs, population-based decision makers, COA, NCODA, ASCO, NCCN, etc.) Role Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree (business or related disciplines) Advanced degree desirable (e.g., PharmD, MPH, MBA) Experience: 7+ years of experience in pharma or biotech industry, including at least 3 years of internal market access or marketing experience Expertise in the US market access environment (e.g., payers, health systems, pharmacies, health policy and reimbursement) US market access oncology experience preferred Technical Skills: Strong understanding of US payer and channel dynamics, including how managed care organizations make decisions as well as a working knowledge of IDNs, distribution, specialty pharmacy, and GPOs Experience with Commercial brand planning process and brand team engagement Financial acumen, including resource allocation, budget management, and reporting Oncology and/or rare disease experience Ability to advance concepts, resources, and/or assets effectively through Medical, Legal, and Regulatory review Strong business acumen and execution focus, with ability to manage multiple priorities, processes, timelines, and expectations of multiple stakeholder groups Leadership Skills: Inclusive, humble, people-first leader with demonstrated ability to influence across functions and drive results in a fast-moving environment Demonstrated ability to work independently Ability to lead, align, and motivate cross functional teams, without direct supervisory authority Ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment Demonstrated willingness to take risks and stand up for what is right while prioritizing the needs and experiences of customers and patients in all decisions. Other: Travel expectation up to 20% (travel for internal and external meetings) Compensation and Benefits:The expected salary range for this position is $150,700 – $226,000. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
