 Job Description The ideal candidate will have the desire and aptitude to advance to a Territory Manager (TM) role within 1-3 years. The ATM will utilize business expertise to drive sales of the TTM portfolio of products as well as deliver patient education in targeted key accounts. Responsibilities Responsible for the successful marketing and promotion of all related TTM products to key targeted accounts. Expand customer footprint in the existing region. Achieve quarterly and annual sales forecasts and quotas for TTM products. Identify and implement existing and non-existing product evaluations. Be available to receive and answer customer questions about product functionality. Assists TM with inventory responsibilities along with other administrative tasks. Support and complete the Regional Manager's (RM) business plan by working closely with the field team including Territory Managers, Clinical Coordinators/Specialists, and Clinical Managers. Participate in quarterly Territory Business Planning sessions and weekly business calls with RM and TMs. Monitor current service agreements and engage in new service agreement sales. Provide in-person in-servicing on TTM products to deliver adoption of the TTM products and to gain market feedback, support, and drive adoption. Attend department-level in-servicing, skills fairs, and simulation labs. Deliver Formal Results Presentations on a quarterly basis to key accounts. Identify, close, and initiate education of TTM Analytics Subscriptions (AS) and present AS clinical data for positioning to drive therapy. Collect and upload patient data into the Analytics Portal from approved customers. Specifically target and deliver to MD, CNO, NP, Unit Director, Unit Manager, Charge Nurse Manager, Unit Educator/CNS, BioMed, and/or Supply Chain Department: Present Practical Application Class Patient Debriefings Formal Results Presentation (FRP) One Page FRP Protocol Support Stakeholder Meetings Fleet Reviews Strategic Account Visit Product Training and Analytics Report Assist with inventory management and verify departments are maintaining accurate inventory levels and initiating TTM product orders when inventory is low. Possess a clear understanding of competitive devices and maintain awareness of market trends, threats, and opportunities. Minimum Qualifications: 1-3 years of B2B experience required. Bachelor's Degree required 80% of travel is required in the territory Preferred Qualifications: Displays excellent verbal and written communication skills. Registered Nurse with a bachelor’s degree, degree level qualification, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. Demonstrates ability to establish customer rapport and build business relationships. Service-oriented personality with strong customer service skills and ability to develop and deliver effective and persuasive presentations. Quickly assess and analyze customer problems and is capable of tying in TTM Solution as an appropriate solution. Ability to learn and implement Consultative Selling. Work independently with limited supervision. Displays organization and time management skills when prospecting. The anticipated compensation range for this position is $ 66,700.00 - $ 106,700.00 USD Annual and the compensation offered will depend on the candidate’s qualifications. *BD follows the Pay Transparency and non-discrimination provisions described by the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment (CDLE).
