The Position The Administrative and Procurement Specialist supports the office manager in day-to-day tasks and the procurement activities for quotations, creation of new vendors and set up of vendor details in SAP. Key Responsibilities: Office support ● office reception ● Support on the logistics for employees and for external guests (operational), which includes booking taxis, supporting logistics, parking stickers, and preparing necessary controls for management; ● Phone answering when transfer to operator does not work; ● Support HR and responsible for the welcoming of new employees - Ordering Cibus / free fit/ flowers, cars if applicable, etc. ● Order of office supplies, refreshments, weekly refreshments for the kitchen, for large meetings and also events; ● Coordinates gifts and supports the organization of events Procurement support ● Requesting price offers, identifying suppliers ● Creation of PO’s in SAP ● Observe and apply the company's quality management policy, the QMS, and the provisions of the approved work procedures/instructions in all procurement and admin activities. ● Handling Invoices and transfer to payment ● Opening vendors and filling forms and information necessary in the system Who you are ● Organized, collaborative, demonstrates sense of urgency and collective ownership ● Good communication and interpersonal skills, Ability to work with different stakeholders, Agile mindset ● Previous experience in similar roles ● Experience in working with SAP or other ERP systems – an advantage ● Preferred experience from large and global organizations. ● Bachelor’s degree required ● High level fluency in Hebrew and English Who we are A healthier future drives us to innovate.
