About the Program We are looking for engaged and proactive students who will join the AstraZeneca Ambassadors Program 2026/2027 and represent our company within the academic community. The program takes place during one semester (October – February) and is designed as an intensive development experience focused on active participation, real collaboration, and building your personal brand . This is an unpaid opportunity to gain contacts, skills and hands-on experience with a global biopharmaceutical company. Who are we looking for? Students based in Poland, studying in areas such as: L ife sciences , m edicine, pharmacy, Data science, AI, data analytics, computer science or related Finance, business, management Additionally, you: Are fluent in English Are highly motivated and ready to actively engage throughout the program Are a strong communicator and enjoy working with people Are available to participate in mandatory mentoring sessions, on-line trainings and on-site meetings in Warsaw Are interested in building your presence on social media (especially LinkedIn) Have experience in student organizations, academic clubs or event organization (nice to have) As an Ambassador , you will: Represent AstraZeneca at your university and within your student network Actively participate in mentoring sessions, trainings and on-site meetings Co-create and support the delivery of student-focused events and initiatives Collaborate with student organizations and university groups Build AstraZeneca’s employer brand on campus Create and share engaging content on LinkedIn and other social media channels Grow your personal brand as a young professional What you will gain: A high-impact, intensive development experience in a global company Dedicated mentoring and practical learning sessions Hands-on experience in organizing events and working with real business teams Opportunity to expand your professional network Insight into career paths and opportunities at AstraZeneca Strong addition to your CV and personal brand Important to know: Program duration: October 2026 – February 2027 (one semester) Active participation in all sessions and meetings is required Hybrid format with key on-site meetings in Warsaw Application deadline: 22 July 2026 Want to learn more before applying?
