Career Category Business Development Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a talented Artwork Reviewer who is willing to grow and develop their career within our team. As an Artwork Reviewer, you will be responsible for reviewing artworks, both created manually or automatically, for all Amgen products in any stage of development (test, Mock-up, master), as well as reviewing artwork (brand) templates, design templates, supplier print proofs, and artwork generated by Amgen partners. Key Responsibilities: Artwork Review in compliance with Amgen’s Standard Operating Procedures: Review artworks, both manually or automatically, for all Amgen products and in different stages of development (test, mock-up, masters). Review templates: technical layout templates (TLTs), design templates, brand templates Review Supplier Print Proofs. Review and approve Artworks created by Amgen partners Provide input to optimize artwork processes, and support continuous process and quality improvements. Participate in team meetings. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design & 1-2 years of Packaging/Labeling experience in a GMP environment. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools. Solid understanding of design principles withing pharma industry. Knowledge of print production processes and prepress requirements. Preferred Qualifications: Some relevant work experience in a highly regulated industry / cGMP pharmaceutical industry. Experience with Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Power Point), visual tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, Google Charts), and Document Management System (e.g VEEVA vault). Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and articulate design concepts effectively. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements. Demonstrate sound judgement. Continuous improvement mindset. Self-motivated individual who demonstrates willingness to learn and be receptive to change. Great interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to uphold a sense of personal accountability. .
