Analyst, Research Consulting

Job Overview As an Analyst in Research Consulting you will play a crucial role in supporting research projects and providing insights that drive strategic decision-making. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and develop data reports and contribute to the advancement of healthcare solutions. This position is a hybrid role based in Zagreb and is offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Responsibilities: Assist in the design and implementation of research methodologies and research materials. Manage vendors and project documentation. Perform desk research and open-ended coding . Assist in data analysis and provide support across qualitative and quantitative research projects . Help develop reports and presentations based on research findings. Collaborate with project teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality insights. Provide support in client proposals development. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Sociology, Life Sciences Business or Data Analytics. 1-2 years of experience in market research or consulting roles , with focus on creating client presentations, proposals and research reports. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills . Proficiency in data analysis tools and software. Advanced Excel and Power Point . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
