The actual location of this job is in Visp, Switzerland. We are looking for a motivated and curious Bachelor’s or Master’s graduate who is interested in building a career in Quality Control with focus on Compliance within a GMP- and ISO- regulated environment. This position offers a unique opportunity to work directly on the laboratory floor, partnering with different QCII laboratories to drive compliance, continuous improvement, and data integrity initiatives. The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience in Quality Control operations while contributing to projects that directly support GMP compliance, audit readiness, process improvement, and laboratory excellence. This is a fully site‑based role. Working together in person supports close, real‑time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards. A variety of benefits dependent on role and location. What you'll do: Support QCII laboratories in maintaining compliance with GMP, ISO, and Quality requirements. Assist with CAPA implementation, investigation management, and timely closure of quality events. Partner with laboratory teams to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities. Drive and support Data Integrity, Good Documentation Practices (GDocP), and data management initiatives. Support 6S activities and help improve laboratory organization and operational excellence. Prepare and maintain documentation for audits, inspections, SOPs, and compliance programs. Contribute to training activities, GEMBA walks, and the promotion of a strong quality implementation across QC II. What we are looking for: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field. Strong interest in Quality Control, Compliance, and regulated environments. Basic understanding of GMP regulations is an advantage. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and laboratory personnel. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
