Manage administration of all Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS)-related training including materials and schedule Provide EHS support to the site and provide accurate and where necessary, consistent professional advice that enables them to manage and improve their EHS performance Work with Operations, ensure workplace risk assessments are sufficient, meets necessary standard and updated. Reinforce and promote improvements to the site’s safety culture Conduct office and site inspections. Support problem-solving, root cause analyses, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions to rectify issues within agreed timelines Assist in areas with inspections to get a consistent approach across site, coaching site-based representatives in EHS, increasing their EHS capabilities, and competence to effectively manage the environment Providing administration support to the team and supporting the Site EHS Lead Collate data for presentation and escalation at Site EHS Council and EHS Committee What will you learn?
