Position Summary The Goods Receipt Specialist in Allschwil is responsible for the timely receipt, booking, and storage of materials. The role records deviations in the TrackWise system and supports investigations. The incumbent ensures compliance with SOPs, GCP, cGMP, and safety requirements and monitors documentation practices within the eDMS. Responsibilities Ensure compliance with SOPs, GxP guidelines, and internal/external safety regulations Receive goods, post goods receipts in GPMS, and hand over shipments to freight carriers Perform high-bay warehouse picking activities and related WMS transactions Physically store materials and perform GPMS/WMS postings Execute required material movements, including transfers to external storage locations Operate machinery and equipment used for material handling Conduct inventory counts Clean facilities, machinery, and equipment according to instructions Support other departments as directed by supervisors Minimum Qualifications Completed vocational training in logistics At least two years of experience in industry or logistics Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and move heavier materials Very good German language skills, written and spoken Strong communication skills Ability to work independently under pressure in a multicultural environment Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks Strong teamwork skills and resilience under stress Reliable, accurate, and efficient working style Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) Preferred Qualifications Several years of experience in a regulated environment (e.g., pharmaceutical or food industry) Forklift license Class B driving license English language skills, written and spoken German: Zusammenfassende Positionsbeschreibung Der Goods Receipt Specialist in Allschwil führt eine zeitgerechte Annahme, Einbuchung sowie Einlagerung von Materialien durch.
