Both experiential and formal learning opportunities will help you build a strong technical foundation in pharmaceutical manufacturing and better understand how our business works. What You Will Do Participate in three one-year rotations across different high-impact sites within our manufacturing division. A minimum of two of the rotations will be technically focused within the operations, engineering, or quality areas. Apply your scientific background to significant projects and make key decisions impacting pharmaceutical manufacturing. Work on a wide range of processes, with opportunities in drug substance, drug product, packaging, and modalities like active pharmaceutical ingredients (API), vaccines and biologics. Gain exposure across the manufacturing spectrum, from commercialization to large-scale tech transfers to steady-state production. Enhance targeted competencies like continuous improvement, problem-solving, technical troubleshooting, lean manufacturing, and more. Adapt to new roles, responsibilities, and challenges while delivering high-value solutions. Relocate annually to domestic and international locations, with assignments at a minimum of two different sites during the program. Qualifications Required Bachelor's or Master's degree in: Biomedical Engineering, Biopharmaceutical Engineering, Biotechnology, Bioprocessing, Chemical Engineering, Chemical Sciences, Industrial Engineering, Microbiology, Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related scientific disciplines. Graduation from a university by the program start date: On or around August 1, 2027. Ability to relocate to different roles and different sites over the first three years of employment. Preferred Ability to work independently, collaborate in teams, and lead teams. Motivation to cultivate leadership skills along with technical knowledge and business savviness. Excellent communication skills, including technical writing and the ability to convey complex information clearly. Experience or interest in digital technologies, data analytics, and their application in manufacturing environments. Strong technical acumen and eagerness to develop further.
