Sr Program Manager, Enterprise Initiatives

Work Flexibility: Remote or Hybrid or Onsite Position Summary Join Stryker Medical's Enterprise Initiatives team and play a key role in advancing how strategic digital investments are planned, governed, and executed across the organization. This highly visible leadership position sits at the intersection of business strategy, digital transformation, and portfolio management, partnering with senior leaders to drive enterprise-wide adoption of scalable governance practices, portfolio management capabilities, and digital execution frameworks. You will help shape how strategic initiatives are prioritized, measured, and delivered while supporting the continued growth of Stryker's Digital Platform Hub, SmartCare ecosystem, and enterprise portfolio management maturity. Preferred candidates will be located near a Stryker facility; however, remote candidates may be considered if aligned to a Stryker office location and appropriate time zone . What You Will Do Lead complex enterprise initiatives that enhance portfolio visibility, governance maturity, resource optimization, and strategic execution across multiple business functions. Influence senior business and technology leaders to prioritize strategic investments, align resources, and execute enterprise digital transformation initiatives. Develop and maintain integrated program plans, roadmaps, timelines, and workstreams to deliver strategic objectives and business outcomes. Establish and evolve portfolio governance frameworks that provide executive leadership with actionable insights into project performance, resource capacity, strategic priorities, risks, and investment decisions. Serve as a key leader in the adoption and maturity of enterprise portfolio management capabilities, driving alignment of processes, data standards, reporting frameworks, and portfolio management best practices. Facilitate executive portfolio reviews, governance forums, and prioritization discussions by providing data-driven recommendations, progress updates, and strategic insights. Identify and manage program risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies while implementing mitigation and contingency strategies that support successful delivery. Lead enterprise change management strategies that drive adoption of new tools, governance models, and operating practices across multiple business units. What You Will Need Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of experience leading complex programs, enterprise initiatives, or digital transformation efforts within a regulated industry. Minimum 10 years of experience managing large-scale technology implementations, portfolio management platforms, business process transformations, or enterprise digital initiatives. Experience leading cross-functional programs involving business stakeholders, information technology teams, project management offices, and executive leadership. Experience implementing structured change management approaches to support adoption of enterprise tools, systems, or processes. Preferred Qualifications Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), PMI-ACP, Prosci, or similar certification. Experience with Planview, Enterprise Portfolio Management, Capacity Planning, or Strategic Portfolio Management practices. Experience leading enterprise business transformation, PMO transformation, portfolio governance maturity, or organizational capability development initiatives. Experience within medical device, healthcare technology, or other highly regulated industries. Experience supporting Agile, SAFe, Lean Portfolio Management, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
