 Job Description Responsibilities: Ensure orders are shipped accurately and on time by leading daily operations in a safe, efficient, and effective manner. Utilize and maintain compliance with BD’s inventory control and warehouse management systems to support operational excellence. Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics, including cost per case or line shipped, distribution center expenses as a percentage of sales, inventory performance, and other operational KPIs. Partner closely with internal Business Units to align operations and consistently meet customer expectations. Maintain and update departmental procedures, SOPs, and work instructions, ensuring all associates receive required training and adhere to C2C training guidelines. Develop work schedules, assign responsibilities, and manage staffing levels to meet business demands while balancing fluctuating workloads. Support talent management activities, including employee development, promotions, transfers, corrective actions, and conflict resolution, escalating issues as appropriate. Lead regular team meetings to communicate operational updates, safety initiatives, quality expectations, policy changes, and other key business information. Promote and enforce Good Documentation Practices (GDP), ensuring compliance with established SOPs and work instructions. Foster a safety-first culture by ensuring adherence to all operating procedures and practices that prevent workplace injuries and illnesses. Required Qualifications: Associate's Degree 2 years supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment Must be able to work a flexible shift and weekends as business requirements dictate..
