Manage the full purchase order lifecycle, including reconciliation and invoice tracking through payment confirmation, ensuring precision and financial accuracy. Partner directly with Engagement Owners to gather required documentation and ensure complete and accurate spend reporting. Draft, review, finalize, and archive compliant contracts using approved templates—collaborating with Legal and Compliance teams on non-standard terms—while ensuring data privacy and secure archiving. Provide expert guidance and interpretation of compliance policies for cross-functional stakeholders, answering complex compliance queries and advising on hospitality and regional restrictions. Scope, plan, and execute events alongside multi-disciplinary project squads, coordinating material preparation, travel, logistics, budget tracking, and post-event impact evaluations.
