Position overview: The Master Scheduler is responsible for developing and managing the weekly and long-range production schedules for the Kit Production team. This role ensures the efficient use of resources, alignment of production plans with material availability, and adherence to customer and internal deadlines. The Master Scheduler acts as the key liaison between Production, Supply Chain, and Planning teams to balance capacity, resolve constraints, and optimize workflow across all manufacturing work centers. Main Responsibilities: Develop , publish , and maintain the master production schedule for all Kit Production work centers , ensuring alignment with demand requirements and capacity constraints . Level-load production schedules to optimize resource utilization , minimize downtime , and meet service level expectations . Ensure final material readiness from materials team prior to work order release . Release and track work orders through manufacturing , maintaining visibility to work-in-process inventory , and identifying issues that may impact schedule adherence . Collaborate closely with manufacturing , quality , and materials teams to proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks , capacity limitations , and supply shortages . Monitor daily and weekly progress against plan , adjusting schedules as needed to accommodate changing priorities , equipment availability , or material constraints . Coordinate cross-functionally with Supply Chain , Procurement, and Warehouse teams to ensure on-time availability of required materials and components .
