Manufacturing Technician - Pharmaceutical Operations

Key Responsibilities Operate, set up, and support advanced pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment and processes. Execute manufacturing operations that transform raw materials into intermediate and final patient-ready products. Generate, complete, and maintain GMP-compliant manufacturing documentation, including: Batch records Logbooks Labels Check sheets Protocols Change controls Quality Tracking System (QTS) records Ensure accurate and timely completion of all production documentation. Perform equipment operation, routine maintenance, operator care, and basic troubleshooting activities. Diagnose and resolve mechanical and operational issues to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency. Support the operation and housekeeping of classified manufacturing environments. Collect, analyze, and report operational performance metrics. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, productivity, quality, and compliance. Adhere to GMP, safety, quality, and regulatory requirements at all times. Required High School Diploma or Associate's Degree with 2+ years of manufacturing experience in a regulated environment (GMP, ISO, medical device, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, food manufacturing, or similar) OR Bachelor's Degree in a scientific or technical field. Demonstrated mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve equipment-related issues. Valid driver's license. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, bend, reach, climb, and lift up to 55 pounds as needed. Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, respirators, protective suits, and facility uniforms.
