Leadership Trainee Program – Marketing Path AstraZeneca CEE-BA | Start date: October 1, 2026 The CEE-BA Leadership Trainee Program at AstraZeneca is a two-year accelerated development opportunity designed for early-career talents who want to build their future in the healthcare industry and grow toward leadership roles. In the Marketing Path , you will follow a structured development journey designed to prepare you for a future role as a Product Manager . Your rotations will include: 6 months as a Key Account Partner in the R&I department – (Mazowieckie territory) This rotation will provide valuable field-based commercial experience. A valid Category B driving license is required for this part of the program. 9 months in the CVRM Marketing team 9 months in the Rare Diseases Marketing team The program will start on October 1, 2026 and end on September 30st, 2028.
