Key Responsibilities Inventory & Material Handling Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments. Put away stock into designated warehouse locations. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch. Perform stock replenishment and inventory transfers. Conduct cycle counts and assist with stock takes. Report inventory discrepancies or damaged goods. Warehouse Operations Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks (where licensed). Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization according to 5S standards. Ensure products are appropriately labelled and handled. Safety & Compliance Follow all workplace health and safety procedures. Use required PPE at all times. Report hazards, incidents, and near misses promptly. Comply with GMP/GxP, quality, and company procedures where applicable. Documentation & Systems Complete receiving, shipping, and inventory records accurately. Use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Maintain accurate transaction records and documentation. Basic computer skills and inventory system knowledge. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and teamwork skills. Commitment to safety and quality standards. Desirable Forklift Licence. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift and move materials within safe handling limits.
