Junior Application Manager - End User Applications & Business Tools

In Verna we offer customized packaging solutions for the domestic and international markets in the food and non-food segments. Our colleagues design, manufacture and market vertical form, fill and seal machines, horizontal wrappers and secondary packaging equipment. Support the daily operation and administration of assigned applications. Act as a first point of contact for users, support teams, and business stakeholders. Assist in incident, problem, and change management activities. Support application rollouts, upgrades, patching, and testing activities. Coordinate with software vendors and service providers. Maintain application documentation, knowledge articles, and operational procedures. Monitor application health, performance, and service quality. Assist in software inventory, license management, and compliance activities. Participate in digital workplace and application improvement projects. Support automation and standardization initiatives within the application management team. BE in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or comparable with minimum of 2 to 4 years experience   First professional experience in IT support, application management, workplace services, or system administration is advantageous. Basic understanding of Windows operating systems and enterprise applications. Interest in software lifecycle management and business applications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Service-oriented mindset and willingness to learn. Good communication skills and ability to work in an international environment. Fluent English skills; additional languages are an advantage. Preferred Experience Microsoft 365 and modern workplace technologies. Endpoint management solutions such as Intune. Basic knowledge of ITIL processes. Software deployment or packaging concepts.
