Senior Marketing Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION: Main Responsibilities: Leads and directs overall strategy for the brand, including responsibility for the communication strategy of omni- channel marketing plans that achieve volume, organic growth, market share and profit objectives in line with the overall business priorities.Leads and directs overall strategy for the brand, including responsibility for the communication strategy of omni- channel marketing plans that achieve volume, organic growth, market share and profit objectives in line with the overall business priorities. Drive portfolio strategy for the brand for short term and long term. Analysis and deep dive on category and brand performance and continuously identify new growth opportunity for the brand. Skills & Experience Required: 10 yrs’ of experience in brand marketing in pharmaceuticals or healthcare industry Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills. Strong digital marketing background and success delivery stories Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. Proven track record of past successful achievement, demonstrated to drive product recommendation, usage or sales in for both consumer and HCP Good team leader & player with strong growth mindset, excellent communication, interpersonal, project management, and analytical skills Agile in learning new ways of working and show resilience when facing challenges Proficiency in Mandarin and English is a must The base pay for this position is N/A In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
